Lydia is a Business Analyst with over 15 years of progressive experience in analysing business needs and translating them into system designs and requirements. She has conducted User Acceptance as well as Systems Integration testing while working on multiple Government funded projects. She is highly skilled in working closely with product owners, project managers, developers and other stakeholders to guide the work of digital transformation teams and support the Test Analysts in preparation for deployment. She has extensive experience in the financial services and community services sectors where she gathered valuable soft skills liaising and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Lydia currently works as a Business Analyst in the public sector with the Northern Territory Government Department of Corporate and Digital Development collaborating with on and offsite cross-functional project teams.

Lydia has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Benin, Nigeria, a Graduate Certificate of Social Entrepreneurship from Macquarie University and a Master’s Degree in Networking from the Melbourne Institute of Technology.
