THE LANDSMITH COLLECTION
In 2021 Cathara was approached by the Landsmith Collection to develop a Technology Strategy and Roadmap. The Landsmith collection is made up of Voyager Wine Estates in Margret River, Bullo River station in the Northern Territory along with a future plan to redevelop Wallcliffe House into a premium 40 bed hotel in the Margret River region.
The Wallcliffe development was the driving force behind talking to Cathara due to the High Level RoadMap & Implementation size of the change that was being introduced into the organization. They felt the current Plan systems and infrastructure where not fit for purpose to meet the growth requirements and enable the organisation to meet its strategic objectives and be ready for the development.
The engagement to-date has delivered a Technology Strategy and Roadmap. The CEO and CFO have since engaged Cathara in an advisory capacity to ensure ongoing alignment to meet the strategic objectives of the organisation
